Addendum to Terms

October 2018

This addendum includes additional terms and conditions that apply to the service provision outlined in the terms and conditions booklet supplied with your service subscription. You should read the terms and conditions as including the following clause:

16.9

For system security reasons, we may use non-geographic telephone numbers to take calls from you. For example: 08 or 03 numbers.
In addition to other charges your telephone service provider may make a charge to you for calls made to non-geographic numbers.

Those charges may vary from provider to provider. We therefore recommend that you contact your telephone service provider to find out the charges that you must pay for making calls to our non-geographic numbers.
